The joy is in the archipelago

The Philippines is made up of 7,641 islands and I only saw 4 of those islands. So just another 7,647 more to go. 

Much like siblings in a family, you can see the similarities between them, but each island offers something different. It's a place where you can continuously explore and love the next spot more than last. 

It is both overwhelming and motivating to know there is so much to explore in this one country. And it's nearly impossible to do it all in a lifetime, nevermind a two week vacation. But don't let that take away any of the joy for you. Each island, big or small has a story and you'll come across it when you can, when the time is right.
